What AI answer monitoring is for
AI answer monitoring is the accuracy angle on the same Monitor as AI Brand Monitoring. The question is not only “are we mentioned?” — it is “did the answer stay true?” A model can keep your name and still invert a claim, swap you with a competitor, or recommend a rival for the prompt you thought you owned. This page uses the account-gated Monitor so you can compare this week’s answers with last week’s on a fixed prompt set.
This is not a one-shot public grade. You sign in, create one Monitor with brand, optional competitors, and Monitored Prompts, then return to a private dashboard. We query ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity through model APIs and store the snapshot. Alerts are not part of this version — you come back and re-run when you want a new point on the trend. Treat each snapshot as directional; models update and sample differently.
How accuracy shows up on the dashboard
The dashboard keeps Answer-Engine Visibility over time: a score trend, mention-rate by engine, and a prompt-level view. Accuracy work happens in that prompt list — you can see which questions still omit you, which ones started naming a rival, and which answers changed tone. Coming from AI Visibility Score, your prompt set can carry over after you sign in so you are not retyping the same buyer questions.
